Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS] (“Vinfluencer”, “we”, “us”). They cover the Vinfluencer app and the website vinfluencer.ai (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Vinfluencer

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. One person may have one account. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. To keep the Service 18+, we may use Google Play age signals, pause a chat and ask you to confirm your age again, and block a phone from creating accounts for 30 days after an under-18 answer.

2. The characters are AI

Every Vinfluencer character is an artificial intelligence and fictional, not a real person. Each chat reminds you, at the start of every conversation and at least every three hours, that the character is a computer program and not a human. AI replies can be wrong or unexpected. The characters don’t give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Don’t rely on them for decisions like these, and contact a qualified person, or emergency services if someone is in danger. Our Safety page explains what the characters do if a conversation turns to self-harm, and lists crisis lines.

3. How to behave

Vinfluencer is friendly and SFW. You agree not to:

  • seek sexual content or harass anyone;
  • use the Service for anything illegal;
  • break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service;
  • use bots or automated access;
  • resell anything from the Service.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

4. Plans and the free trial

  • Payment through Google Play. Vinfluencer Plus plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) are subscriptions billed by Google Play, monthly or yearly, at the price shown before you buy. They renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Free trial. Each plan starts with a 3-month free trial, once per account (Google Play may also limit trials to one per Google account). During the trial you get “Lite” Points (1,500 a month). When the trial ends, Google Play charges your plan’s price unless you cancelled before then.
  • Reminders and cancelling. Before your free trial ends, and before a yearly plan renews, Google Play emails you a reminder with the date and price, and the app shows one too. Cancel any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions), or from the app (Store › Plus › Manage subscription). Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
  • Free messages. Without a plan you can send up to 10 text messages a day (your local day). They’re counted per account and per phone, a phone can use them on at most 3 accounts in 30 days, guest accounts must be saved with Google first, and the app must pass Google Play Integrity. Free messages don’t use Points, and Points can’t be spent on chat without a plan. Voice mode needs Bronze or higher. We may change or end the free allowance; creating accounts to get around these limits breaks these Terms.
  • If your plan ends. If your plan or trial ends, you’re back on the free messages until you choose a plan. Your Points stay in your account.
  • Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policies, except where the law gives you more rights.
  • Changes. We may change prices or plan features. Price increases apply from your next renewal after we notify you, as Google Play requires.

5. Points, Moodboxes, Giftboxes and Mood items

  • Points are a virtual balance used inside the Service: for messages, voice, Moodboxes, Giftboxes and streak freezes. They have no cash value, can’t be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and aren’t your property. They don’t expire while your account exists. They’re lost if your account is deleted or closed for breaking these Terms.
  • Mood items (food, drinks, rest and fun for the characters) come only from Moodboxes and are given to a character in the app. They’re virtual items with no monetary value and can’t be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
  • Giftboxes are bought with Points. Each finds one of the things a character lost (her Lost and Found), with a rarity drawn at random with the odds shown in the app before every purchase (while the character is Happy, the odds of the box’s rarest rarity are a little higher, and the odds shown include this); every one of her things within a rarity is equally likely, and you never get a duplicate until her set is complete. What’s found is a virtual collectible with no monetary value, and it can’t be cashed out or traded. Where paying for a chance isn’t allowed (for example Belgium), the app shows exactly what the box will find before you buy, so nothing is left to chance.
  • Moodboxes are bought with Points. Each holds a fixed number of items (Common Moodbox 3, Rare Moodbox 3, Epic Moodbox 4, Legendary Moodbox 5) whose rarity is drawn at random with the odds shown in the app before every purchase; every item within a rarity is equally likely, and you can get the same item twice. Boxes give only Mood items, which can’t be cashed out or traded. Where paying for a chance isn’t allowed (for example Belgium), the app shows the exact contents of the box before you buy, so nothing is left to chance.
  • Bonuses (check-ins, spins, missions, streak and Happy bonuses, invite rewards) are offered at our discretion and can change.

6. Invite codes

Invite rewards are paid when the invited friend’s first paid subscription is confirmed, for up to 10 friends. Abuse, such as fake accounts, voids rewards.

7. The creator program

The creator program closed on October 18, 2026. We no longer take applications or creator codes.

8. Your content and ours

You keep the rights to what you write. You give us a licence to store and process it to run the Service, including sending it to our AI providers to generate replies. The Service, the characters and their content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these Terms.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Privacy & your data, or on the web. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel that in Google Play. We may end the Service, or your access to it, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in [STATE]. If you’re a consumer in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protections of the law where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes, we’ll tell you in the app or on this page before they take effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
