You can delete your Vinfluencer account and the data that goes with it at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Vinfluencer and tap Settings (the gear icon).
- Go to Privacy & your data.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Without the app
Send us a request through our contact form. Write “Delete my account” and include the email address of the Google account you used with Vinfluencer, or your in-app invite code (shown in the Streak tab, under Missions). We may ask you to confirm the request from that account.
What gets deleted
We delete your profile, chats, memory notes, Points, streaks, Closet, Mood items and settings within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days.
We keep purchase and payout records as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 7 years. These records don’t include your chats.
Your subscription: deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
